I have received the wrong size and the wrong merchandise after a 3 week wait. Descriptions of products are misleading and embellished. I am removing this app.

No explanation, just preparing for shipment so it can take upwards to a month before you receive your item. Buyer beware, you are dealing with a middleman

Found the DVF dress had my eye on nicely discounted and a darling dress for my 10th grade daughter for our middle sons HS graduation. Just hoping they both fit as described and Ill be a very happy Gilt Shopper!

Their inability to explain problems on THEIR side makes me question everything about this app. I ordered through the app for a few years now. Most recently I had two orders go through just fine in November and just two days later another order that is put on hold because my payment method needs to be updated. Later the same day I placed another order since I figured it was a glitch on their side (nothing had changed with my AMEX card, shipping, or billing addresses) that went through just fine. Two weeks later I get an email explaining that 1/3 of the precious order was canceled since my information wasnt updated - the order placed later the same day shipped out. Going back and forth with support they cant tell me what the problem is and blamed it on Apple Pay (I dont even use it). They gave me instructions with a screen shot on how to update my info - I sent screen shots back that illustrated I didnt have the option. They didnt know how to resolve their issues. Im done with them.

Youll find some amazing high-end deals and discover new merchants and stores on this app! Who doesnt love Gilt? Also its a great place to find gifts! I wish their travel site "Secret Escapes" was integrated and offered discounted packages, along the lines of their other high-end stuff but they do offer some cool local travel deals. Take note of their return policy on wherever youre purchasing, they dont offer returns on everything as far as I know.

Easy to use app. Everything seems cheaper.

The gilt app is easy to use (wait list, look at products, purchase items, and to go to the shopping cart).
