I have had this app for a while and finally decided to give it a try. Great selection and good prices are overshadowed by unacceptable shipping. Ordering something and (maybe) receiving it a month later is unacceptable in this time and age. I made two orders that will be my last ones.

I am completely livid with this company. I have been a loyal customer for over 3/4 years. I have noir membership status and all that. I just called to make a return and they tell me about a $9.50 re-stocking fee for MY own money to go back to my credit card. This is absurd! How can you charge for something that is a wireless transaction!?! All they do is push a button and voile! The money goes back to my account but NO so they keep more of my money they conveniently do not charge you if you accept gilt credit. Sneaky much? Gilt-be loyal to YOUR loyal existing customers because you just lost this one. Shame on you!
